An online committee was formed at the 2011 IHPVA annual meeting to develop and propose competition rules and establish a competition for practical/work human power vehicles under the previously undefined IHPVA Competition Rules section 3.6 Practical/Commuter Vehicle Rules.
The purpose of this forum is to share ideas and promote discussion to aid the committee in it's proposal. If you want to share ideas or comment without posting to this forum you are welcome to contact me by email.
