Robert Bryant publishes Recumbent Cyclist News, the only publication I know of dedicated solely to recumbent bicycles.

jpeg) Tour is a German cycling magazine, which ran a
comparison of 5 recumbents with wind tunnel tests in their 8.94
issue. Here's a picture from that article. The test included road and
MTB's.
The bikes are: Peer Gynt, FLUX, Aeroproject low-rider, FLUX
low-rider w/ rear fairing, M5 low-racer, fully faired.
